Sant Jordi de ses Salines is a small town in the south of the Spanish island of Ibiza. The town is in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia and is located near the islands' main airport and straddles the designated road PM-802.
Located in the southern part of the island, this traditional Ibizan village is in close proximity to the airport and the Playa d'en Bossa resort, with Ibiza Town just a short drive away. A visit is highly recommended, even if only for a few hours. Notably, it is one of the few places that predominantly uses its Catalan name, "San Jorge," instead of the Castilian Spanish equivalent.
