Cap Blanc Aquarium

Popularly known as the Lobster Cave, this aquarium initially served as a lobster hatching facility. Transforming in 1989, it evolved into the present-day aquarium we recognize.

Featuring a diverse array of Mediterranean fish and marine creatures, including turtles, the Recovery Centre of Marine Species (CREM) is a project initiated and funded by the Sant Antoni de Portmany city council, managed by the Aquarium Cap Blanc.

Key Objectives:

  • Rehabilitation of protected local marine species with subsequent release into their natural habitat.
  • Raising public awareness about issues affecting the marine environment, their causes, and preventive measures.

Operating Hours:

Summer Timetable (From Easter week until 31th October):

April (from Easter week) and October: Every day from 10 am to 5 pm.

May: From 10 am to 9 pm, except on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10 am to 5 pm.

June to September: Every day from 10 am to 9 pm

Admission Prices:

Adults: 7€

Children (4-12 years): 5€
